Merchandisers can’t create accounts directly. You’ll receive an invite link to your email, then finish setup inside the mobile app.

    Location confirms you’re at the right store

    PEEP uses your phone’s location to confirm task evidence comes from the correct store. This helps supervisors trust submissions and reduces rework.

    Tasks unlock when you’re near the assigned store (geofence).
    Proof on submissions
    Shelf photos are tagged with time + location verification.
    Privacy-first
    We don’t track you continuously — only during task check-in / submit.
    In the app, you’ll see:
    Assigned store
    Store name, address, and distance from you.
    Check-in status
    Ready to start / too far / checked-in.
    Task list
    What to do today, ordered by priority.
    Submission status
    Pending review, approved, or needs edits.
    Note
    If your location is off, you can request a manual check-in — supervisors can approve it.

    Supervisors set scheduling rules for each store. Your app shows exactly where you’re needed, when, and what tasks must be completed.

    1) Start task at store
    Check in at the assigned store. Tasks unlock when you’re on-site.
    2) Follow the checklist
    You’ll see required actions: shelf check, facing count, photos, and notes.
    3) Submit evidence
    Upload photos + on-hand counts. Submission is time + location verified.
    4) Supervisor approval
    Approved, or returned with comments if anything needs correction.

    Can I sign up without an invite?
    No — PEEP is invite-only. Your supervisor must send you an invite link to your email.
    How does store assignment work?
    PEEP assigns you to a store based on your onboarding location and where coverage is needed. Supervisors can override assignments when required.
    Does PEEP track me all day?
    No. Location is used during store check-in and submission verification to confirm work was done on-site.
    How do I know what tasks to do?
    Tasks show up in your app with a checklist, required photos, and submission requirements.
    What if my task gets rejected?
    Supervisors typically request edits (like clearer photos) so you can fix the issue quickly instead of starting over.
